The App is provided "as is," without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of information provided. In no event shall Plan Sync be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or performance of the App.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Cuttack, Odisha, India.

We reserve the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after any changes will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
